On the 18th of July 2017, my Dad passed away quite suddenly. It was very unexpected and I’ve come to realise that I wasn’t very well equipped to deal with loss. I’m still on the journey of processing my grief, but one thing that’s been really helpful is talking to people. I didn’t quite know this, but most of us have lost someone or something that we love. It might be a person, a career, a dream, a prized possession, or something else. On this podcast I talk to people about their experience of loss because maybe someone might hear the conversation, and be able to relate to it. It might not make the pain go away, but it’s pretty cool to know we’re not alone. Guvna B
