The Bad Roman Project and Podcast explores the entanglement of Christians with the State. It was created out of a firm belief that, as Christians, we are supposed to follow Christ—not the state. All Christians are dual citizens of their earthly country and the Kingdom of Heaven. This show explores what it means to live with ”No King but Christ”. We examine when we must lay down a flag to carry the Cross and the precedents for voluntaryism in Christianity. Hosted by Craig Harguess, a self-identified former neoconservative, this show is for people on any side of a political aisle frustrated by the hijacking of true Christianity for political gain and power. The Bad Roman Project is not about answers but about asking hard questions of faith, society, and politics. If you have ever asked yourself if Jesus might have been an anarchist, this show is for you, and this community would love to have your voice join the conversation. The Church is not a building. It is us, the followers of Christ, our King; come follow along and be a Bad Roman on our shared journey to become better Christians.

M.A. and Chelsea have an imperfect marriage and are raising imperfect children. Marriage and raising a family isn’t about acheiving perfection but rather solidifying the foundation their home is built on as they spiritually fight for their children and the generations to follow. Spiritual leadership and discipleship should be priority in the home. Through this passion, they started a nonprofit men’s minsitry in 2014 which they operate in the southeastern United States. They use the outdoors as a platform to challenge and equip men to be spiritual leaders in their home. In 2022, they also released a 30 days men’s devotion called “The Hands of a Warrior.” Join M.A. and Chelsea bi-weekly as they explore challenging topics they experience through marriage, parenting, and relationships. They hope to make you laugh through relatable moments while also inviting you to join in on the spiritual discussions.
