“Parenthood Etc” and similar random podcasts
Hi friends! You may remember me as the bratty daughter from that one reality show. Well… I actually grew up to be pretty cool. I’m a mom, makeup artist, digital creator, and a podcast host! On my podcast Making It Up As I Go… I chat with a variety of guests about all sorts of topics. Lifestyle, beauty, wellness, motivational — even some pop culture. You name it! Life can be a crazy journey. Find out how I’m making it up as I go… with my guests… and YOU. Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/makingitupasigo/support
Welcome to the saga that is attempting to record a podcast episode with Brian Austin Green. I thought I had this whole podcast hosting thing under control in quarantine. I mean… my previous episode with Dexter Brown went fairly smoothly. No? Apparently, I still have no idea what I’m doing. BUT HEY… I’m Making It Up As I Go… (see what I did there?) You may know Brian Austin Green from his many roles on television and in film over the years. He’s starred in projects such as Beverly Hills 90210, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Anger Management, Desperate Housewives and so much more!
I had to edit this down because each attempt was about 1-2 hours. I did the best that I could to get an episode out of it for you guys. The audio quality is horrific for this episode. Every attempt. I know. PLEASE be kind in the comments. In fact, feel free to leave us a positive review, we could use it haha
Attempt number one: The One With The Lisp
In attempt number 1/4, we briefly discuss the quarantine. We did some digging to find out the hot gossip involving… Brian’s usual coffee order. We also discuss his newest quarantine hobby, which sounds even more amazing with his lisp. We still can’t figure out how he got a lisp.
Attempt number two: The One In The Car With Bad WiFi
In attempt number 2/4, we mostly discuss Brian’s kids. We talk about how his young children are handling the pandemic, as well as his oldest son’s (Kassius) plans for the future.
Attempt number three: The One With The Choppy Audio At My Cousin’s House
This one might have been the worst attempt of them all as far as audio quality goes. However, if you have the patience to listen to the static and repetitive choppiness… you’re in for a treat. At this point, Brian and I have developed our friendship. I’m also drinking during this episode, because I had already given up all hope.
In attempt number 3/4, we discuss previous failed attempts. We talk about what an amazing podcast host I am, and our shared love of Medieval Times. This one is the true essence of “Making It Up As I Go…” We learn a lot in this episode. We discover the history of Stella beer *sponsor us*, how WiFi works *sort of*, and more!
Attempt number four: The Final Attempt (For Now)
If you made it this far in the podcast, Congratulations! You’re a true friend. You deserve a spoiler alert — this attempt didn’t work either. But keep listening! You may discover a secret talent of Brian’s. Hint: the pathword ith penith 😉
