Beyond Help (A Sinclair Wants to Help! Multi-part Adventure)

Beyond Help (A Sinclair Wants to Help! Multi-part Adventure)

    by

    Since Aug 28, 2022 03:00 UTC

Beyond Help is a mutli-episode epic starring the mildly malicious million-year old minor-level deity, Sinclair, who meets a mysterious woman who has taken on the persona of The Daylight, a legendary vampire hunter. They must travel together to Ireland, on a journey to slay a vampire who haunts both of their pasts- Countess Sanguine Amanto. Featuring an all star cast from across the world of independent audio drama, Beyond Help is a massive adventure serial that will bring you back to those late Saturday nights watching anime and action cartoons that were just a *little* out of your age range.

Joy in the Ordinary with Latonya

    by

    Since Mar 30, 2019 16:52 UTC

Welcome to Joy in the Ordinary with Latonya, where we talk about the regular moments that make life what is –amazing, challenging, intriguing and more.

Last Sunday, I decided to record a journal for a week to share my daily experience with PTSD and postconcussion syndrome.

On the 7th day, I didn’t record because I chose to live in the moment and joy the good day I was having. On the 8th day, I decided to bring the week to a proper close. 🙂

I will still audio journal, but it might not be daily.

Since the recording, I’ve added a few more people to prayer list.

Thanks for listening to the podcast!

    Stay Podsitive with Sierra Katow

    Stay Podsitive with Sierra Katow

    by

    Since Jan 7, 2019 08:00 UTC

Every week, comedian Sierra Katow will chat with a fascinating guest about how they’ve managed to survive in this world (so far) all while keeping an upbeat outlook on life. Topics can range from the long-term philosophical to the short-term practical. Was this the career or the lifestyle they always planned on pursuing? What’s their go-to broke recipe? What did they wish they knew earlier? What was the worst advice they were ever given? The best? And most importantly, in tougher times, how do they keep smiling? Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/sierra-katow8/support

Cheyenne chats with Sierra about their friendship birthed deep in the pandemic amid Covid tests and isolation while playing friends and co-bullies in HBOMax’s The Sex Lives of College Girls. They commiserate over the shame spirals of working in an ego-driven profession that rotates around their stupid faces. Cheyenne shares her journey with an intuitive eating therapist, and Sierra talks about her relentless milk-chugging as a child. We ultimately conclude that no one cares about you (in the way you might be worried they do) and that Slim Jims are to be f–cked up the butt (not in the vagina, thankyouverymuch). Cheyenne recommends bullet journaling, the teachings of Ram Dass, and to go outside of yourself for fulfillment. Also, at the top, Sierra shares about her bout with Covid of the Omicron variety (fun fact: she was sick with Covid while recording this interview!) as well as her bout with food poisoning while at Disneyland and on Splash Mountain.

    Daily Devotional

    by

    Since Dec 14, 2019 16:52 UTC

Short and simple Bible-based daily devotional…with a southern accent at no extra charge.

Hi, this is Ricky and our Daily Devotional today is found in Mark 15:33-41. Feel free to read along in the show notes below.
Also, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this scripture so comment on this episode at http://dailydevotionalpodcast.com/podcast/mark-1533-47/.

33 And when the sixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. 34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” which means, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” 35 And some of the bystanders hearing it said, “Behold, he is calling Elijah.”36 And someone ran and filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on a reed and gave it to him to drink, saying, “Wait, let us see whether Elijah will come to take him down.” 37 And Jesus uttered a loud cry and breathed his last. 38 And the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. 39 And when the centurion, who stood facing him, saw that in this way he breathed his last, he said, “Truly this man was the Son of God!”

40 There were also women looking on from a distance, among whom were Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the younger and of Joses, and Salome. 41 When he was in Galilee, they followed him and ministered to him, and there were also many other women who came up with him to Jerusalem.
