David Loman graduated top of his class in Nutrition & Sports Science from NC State. He specialized in sports rehab after college before making a transition into the fitness industry in 2017 @ LifeTime Fitness. Before the pandemic hit, he was top 1% in the company for Personal Training & Nutrition revenue before making a transition into his own company summer of 2020. Today, David works with 50% student athletes & 50% “wellness clients” between 35-65, mainly focusing on injury prevention, athletic performance, flexibility, and body composition. Justin Ervin is co-founder and Executive Director of Habitual Roots. Through Habitual Roots, Justin supports others through program development that help build positive habits of self-care using mindfulness and emotional intelligence. He has spent 6+ years managing projects within the financial, nuclear, startup, and servicing industries. Today, Justin empowers individuals looking to improve their mental and emotional wellness as a habit and integration coach. Justin was selected as a Top 30 under 30 Future Business Leader in Charlotte, NC in 2020, and is a credentialed life coach by the International Coaching Federation.

She is an American living in Denmark … raising her Danish dog together with her partner. Jean has a long career in public affairs and communications and is currently leading Environment-Social-Governance (ESG) at a property investment firm. She returned to Copenhagen after spending seven years in London where she was in on the early years of impact investing. Jean is deft in driving sustainable change and brings her African-Danish perspectives to equitable and productive partnerships.
