“Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” and similar random podcasts
Walk a Mile in Their Shoes is a Carlton Respects podcast which tells the stories of those who have experienced or been victims of gender inequality and/or domestic violence. Hosted by Tarang Chawla, the three-part series encourages listeners to take an empathetic approach to victims and put themselves ‘in their shoes’.
Each episode covers a different theme, using the experiences of our guests to help show the complexity often associated with acts of gender inequality and domestic violence.
The show features Simone O’Brien, Daniel and Luke from YiaYia Next Door and award-winning sports journalist Megan Hustwaite.
