Life of a grown up is complicated, tough, and some times feels like you aren’t doing your best. Now more than ever we scroll on social media hoping to find relatable content to like and share but what if we looked to each other instead and created conversations about actual issues in our lives. Here on Grown Up podcast I use a conversation based approach to discuss a variety of topics from mental health to relationships to my own life journey in order to grapple with the trials and tribulations of life.
