Autonomy means deciding and moving. Ryan, Andy, and Jarlo aren’t here to shill for some stupid supplement company. This show explores fitness as a way to play your own game and do more of what matters, all based on decades of training, coaching, and clinical experience. And truly awful jokes. If you hate every formulaic fitness podcast, you just might be in the right place.

Have you had it with “politics” and desire to live in a brilliantly better future? Are you curious about what can replace an age-old coercive organization trying to control you and your property, so that everyone can finally be respected? A dangerous myth perpetuates our political plight in America: The belief that we are free. In fact, scores of unjust laws daily violate our individual rights. Being regulated and taxed to fund governmentally monopolized services, under threats of being fined, arrested, punished, or even killed, necessarily sacrifices our needs for freedom and justice. In stark contrast we have the American spirit, which is about embracing liberty and realizing opportunities for creativity, win/win trade, and prosperity. Complete Liberty podcast explains not only the sundry ills of statism, but also the untold benefits of systems that respect and enable both freedom and responsibility. Let’s leave domination systems in the dustbin of history. Visit the website for the free books at www.completeliberty.com

We build human organisations. We believe the future of organsations is human-centred, but the bottom line dictates that leaders can’t risk untried programmes with unclear benefits. These short, guided mindfulness meditations were first taught to NHS hospital staff as part of the Mindfulness-Based Organisational Education (MBOE), which is an evidence-based programme. It’s taught to organisations and communities to empower people to create a more human and sustainable world. These meditations offer a dual purpose: The ‘how’ and the ‘why’. They are a great place to start and our book, Social Mindfulness: A guided to mindfulness meditations from Mindfulness-Based Organisational Education, goes into greater depth. How would you feel if the transport truck beside you on the highway had no driver? Or the car passing beside you had no driver? Would it make a difference if the widespread deployment of autonomous trucks could ease supply chain problems almost overnight and that autonomous vehicles do not get distracted or speed? And would you feel better if you knew autonomous trucks and vehicles could reduce carbon emissions by 30 percent or more.
