“Your Evolving Leadership Journey” is for anyone who believes continuous learning is part of the ongoing leadership journey. “Companies that did business from a foundation of love and purpose and practiced servant leadership produced a 1026 percent return to shareholders over a ten-year period, eight times more than the so-called Good to Great companies.” (Coetzer, 2019) With a slant towards servant leadership, Tom interviews contemporary authors to drill down on topics such as long-distance leadership, resilience, clarity, culture, developing others, individual behavior, persuasion, managing up, spiritual best practices, character, values, trust and more.

The TOGCHAT Photography Podcast with Joe Edelman is the only podcast that focuses on the HOWS and WHYS behind creating consistently great photographs. Regardless of your skill level, if you are working to improve your photography, this is the show for you.
I am an award-winning photographer and photo educator with over 40 years of professional experience and I love to share what I have learned along the way.
Join me each week for discussions, photo news and interviews with internationally renowned photographers along with the exclusive TOGCHAT Q&A that is recorded live during my weekly YouTube livestream — where I answer your photography questions and help you solve photography related problems — in real time.
TOGCHAT is a great way to learn while you are editing, shooting, exercising, cleaning — well you get the picture!
I do hope you’ll join me for the next episode of TOGCHAT and let me help you — improve your photography, because your BEST SHOT it’s your NEXT SHOT — and I want to help you make it a great one.
— Joe Edelman
Today my goal is to introduce you to a practical approach to composition that can have an immediate impact on your photography and all without having to follow any creativity killing rules. And even better yet — I am going to teach you this concept without showing you a single picture. You are listening to a podcast after all. But I accept the challenge and I would even propose that you can learn this concept better by listening and not watching. As long as you promise to give it a try — with your camera soon. The longer you wait — the less you remember.
I want to be upfront with you about my philosophy towards rules.
I believe that rules are CREATIVITY KILLERS. Actually science confirms and proves that rules are creativity killers. The simple explanation is that once you are aware of the rules or worse yet, understand the rules — you are essentially in the box. Everything that you do in an attempt to be creative and think outside the box to be original will be hampered by your knowledge of the rules. I mean it is easier to think outside the box — when you don’t know where the box is.
