Entering adulthood is notoriously challenging, but it’s trickier today more than ever. In each episode, Maggie shares a big sister pep talk to help you make sense of life’s changes and challenges, manage anxiety, and move forward in areas that feel stuck. She’s a graduate of Boston College and has her Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Education from Columbia University.
