Believe me, I’ve been there and visit more often than I’d like to admit. But it doesn’t have to be that way! I believe we can fight back with simple, daily practices that replace pressure with peace. Nelson, “The joy we can feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything to do with the focus of our lives.” I want to encourage all of us to develop our focus on the positive!You have distinct and special gifts and talents that you are meant to share with the people around you.
