This radio show explores artist well-being in electronic music from a holistic viewpoint. In a series of exclusive interviews with artists and people with active roles both inside the music industry and on the outskirts of it, Eline shares with you her devotion to artist well-being and how we can provide support for artists in electronic music. The music is handpicked for each show by the guests themselves for an extra personal, mindful experience. This show runs monthly on Reform Radio, Manchester. Join in live at reformradio.co.uk or listen back online! Warning! The jingle contains binaural beats for brainwave entrainment, which only has an effect when using headphones. It is played at the beginning of the show, lasting about 45 seconds. If you’re prone to seizures, it may be best not to listen to the jingle through headphones or skip it altogether.
There so much to be said about wellness and self-care in dance music – and in life in general. Eline dives deeper into these topics to uncover how they often are presented in quite a shallow and superficial way.

Naudsonce? What does THAT mean? Well, to find out you will need to listen to this story where Piper’s unique mind explores what we mean by ‘communication’ and how it happens. The joint Space Navy-Colonial Office expedition was looking for new planets suitable for colonization; they had been out, now, for four years, which was close to maximum for an exploring expedition. They had entered eleven systems, and made landings on eight planets. Three had been reasonably close to Terra-type but were all disqualified by terrible animals or warlike inhabitants. Now, finally here was an ideal world; their last chance before returning in disgrace. Now the only thing was to get an agreement from the local king or whatever to the colonization. Easy, right? Well first, you’ve got to talk to them …… and there the trouble starts. Listen to this captivating story by H. Beam Piper published in Analog Science Fact—Science Fiction, January 1962.

Content creators need to guide their target audience and to do this you need to let them feel that you understand their choices, that the value of your engagement is in the lasting relationship you are establishing and not just a one-off purchase that most companies do to their customers. It takes a bold move to shift from traditional marketing to customer-focused strategies. Traditional marketing may give you page views, shares, and likes but if your customers are not able to share with their circle the value of your brand, you are missing a great deal of opportunities to grow and reach the bigger markets.
