Learn a biblical view of sex. What does the bible say about sex. We seek to help you find freedom in your bodies that God created and enjoy the great gift God has giving. Learn how to have fun in the bedroom.
Our society screams about sex all the time. Everywhere you look you see something sexual. You go to work and hear sexual conversation from coworkers. LGBTQ is everywhere. All the while the church remains silent or at best a whisper is heard. Should the Christian church say anything? Why doesn’t the Christian church say anything? How has the silence of the Church affected the culture?
I’m your host Alex and this is my wife and co-host Lindsay. We have been married for 18 years and have eight children together.
Alex has an extensive background in emergency medical services and is a certified firefighter. He has spent most of his life ministering to others and helping them through extremely difficult circumstances. He has pastored small rural churches and spent many years being a circuit preacher traveling to help churches in need. He has spent numerous years counseling people with sexual addictions like pornography and same sex attraction. The church had few answers, but that is gonna change. Alex and Lindsay have made it their mission to equip the saints of God with answers to tough questions.
Lindsay is a teacher, chef, and domestic engineer. She manages the daily duties of raising and caring for a large family. Lindsay grew up in church purity culture where sex was seldom ever discussed. She attended public school where sex was always discussed but yet she noticed the silence of the church on the topic. Lindsay found herself idolizing purity and placing living a pure life above worshiping Christ. She has been happily married to Alex and brings a special insight into discussions about romance, intimacy and sex.
Join us as we seek to educate and strengthen Christ church through speaking out on sex. Here we will cover the questions you’ve had but found no answers. We want to bring information that is freeing and brings hope and healing. Learn to live with principles in the bedroom and leave the rules out. Learn how to have the best married sex possible. Learn how to enjoy the beautiful gift God has given and bring God back into the bedroom. “You will know the truth and the truth shall set you free”John8:32. Come along with us as we discuss the good the bad and the ugly. We are going to be silent no more. Christians can talk about sex too.
