Welcome to Sukie Colegrave’s podcast exploring the unfolding of the mind, heart and body of the new human. The first four podcasts summarize her new book, Unfolding Our New Humanity, offering a new, simple way of awakening into and embodying our Divine nature. Subsequent podcasts will be primarily experiential. They will playfully and lovingly explore some of the gifts, challenges and delights of relinquishing our old human nature, characterized by suffering, and unfolding our true nature, characterized by love and wellbeing.
