The Forum hosts a continuous series of lectures on themes in aesthetics. Its goal is to promote and stimulate the philosophical reflection on art in the London academic community. After an intense mystical experience during a Joe Dispenza Advanced Retreat, during which my twin brother who died during birth came down to talk to me as a spiritual entity, my fascination for mystical experiences, spirit guides, and spiritual entities skyrocketed. Since this day I experienced multiple connections and pleasant (sometimes hilarious) conversations with my spirit guides. As a certified hypnotist, I worked on creating the perfect hypnotic script to connect with spiritual entities and talk to spirit guides. I’m excited to share everything I know about this for a lot of people very strange and kind of scary subject. But don’t worry. You are not strange. And it’s not scary. On the Sidewalks of New York is a memoir by Richard Paul Poethig, who was born in 1925 into a working-class, German-American family in the Yorkville neighborhood of Manhattan. It tells the story of Richard’s journey from an “old law” tenement on 80th Street, to Good Will Sunday School (Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church’s mission on the East Side), to the College of Wooster in Ohio in 1945 before the end of World War II, to Union Theological Seminary in New York where he met his wife and graduated with an Masters of Divinity.
