In 2004, someone releases a weird video game… then disappears. Over the years the game will spawn a passionate fan base, inspire a new genre, and change lives. For more than a decade, fans will search to no avail for its enigmatic creator. Until the start of 2018, when something unexpected happens… Whether you’re a big indie game fan or barely play games at all; whether you’re looking for podcasts like Serial and S-Town to scratch that itch or are simply interested in the psychology of fandom, Dream Diary presents a fascinating look at a game, a designer, a community, and a unique set of circumstances that has changed lives – for better, and for worse. New episodes Friday.

Listen to reviews of the latest kids tv shows, kids movies, kids books, websites and video games straight from the mouth of a kid. This show was created by a nine year old boy. He writes and performs it weekly.
The Peter Pan play was a fun experience full with adventure and excitement. The CGI was used very thoughtfully, as it was not over used, nor under used. The CGI, to me, added a feeling like you really were flying with Peter and Tinker Bell over London, or that you really are on a pirate ship. The play overall was very good, with never a dull moment. As soon as the play begins you can feel the excitement building up in the audience and in the little kids waiting for Peter Pan to come up and begin his adventure with the Darling children. Something else that I liked about it is that they don’t follow the Disney version of the story. They follow J.M. Barrie’s original tale of Peter Pan which means more surprises and more fun. So, Peter Pan is an amazing show that I would advise anyone to go and see. If you would like more information on the show or if you would like to purchase tickets, visit www.peter pantheshow.com

On Who, What, Why? I discuss game design with those who make games and try to learn more about the game design process. Each episode I interview a designer, publisher, developer, artist, etc. of tabletop games such as card, board, or role playing. Some episodes discuss big ideas in design rather than individual games. I have both mainstream and independent developers as guests.

This isn’t your average gaming show. We don’t recommend listening with your grandmother or young children. The Joystick Jerks, Jay Eckert, Nick Abrams, and Ant Falasca tend to use foul language and adult topics along with their brutally honest game reviews. This is a comedy show just as much as it is a video game show. Prepare yourselves.

On The Board Game Business Podcast, we discuss the business side of the tabletop gaming industry. We don’t review games or tell you which ones we like, but instead focus on how to price, distribute, design, develop, and market your game. Richard New hosts and sits alongside Jeremy Commandeur, a game designer, and Brian Henk, a game designer and publisher with Overworld Games.

Are you queer? Are you a nerd? Do you like booze? So do we. Queers With Beers combines the best of all three worlds, as hosts Ariel and Avery discuss queer community issues and their nerdy loves–with the copious aid of booze. If it’s important, interesting and/or totally obscure, we’ve probably read it, watched, or drunk it. Not in that order. The full, one-hour show is released monthly; the shorter “QWB: Happy Hour Edition,” wherein Avery explains the history behind and mixes various different nerdy cocktails, will be on a bimonthly schedule (as time allows).
