Welcome to Anti-Aging Hacks podcast, where you take control and improve your body and mind so you look and feel young, have high energy and focus, and have the tools to live a long and healthy life. Anti-Aging Hacks was born out of a quest to slow down Faraz Khan’s parents aging so he could spend more quality time with them. It then evolved to learning about tactics he could apply to slow down his own aging and live a long healthy life. Faraz Khan interviews the top health, anti-aging, longevity, and biohacking experts in the world to bring you the tips and tricks you need to easily look and feel your best, upgrade your energy and focus, boost your confidence, and live a long and healthy life. Faraz tries all these techniques on himself so he can tell you stories of personal experiences that can help you make your own decisions regarding your health and longevity. Just 10 years ago, it was impossible to slow down aging. Now it’s not only possible for cheap, but we are close to reversing aging. Follow along as Faraz Khan and guests provide you everything you need to look sexy, live longer, and feel your best.

    Grief, Guts and Green Smoothies

    Grief, Guts and Green Smoothies

    by

    Since Jan 31, 2019 11:00 UTC

Each episode we abandon our comfort zones to get a little gutsy and hold space to grow into stronger versions of ourselves. In 2014, the birth of my daughter Leyden changed my entire world. Four months later, grief shattered it. I was broken, scared, lost, angry, and hopeless. I didn’t want to live and wasn’t really sure how to. I sought every means to “fight” grief: researching, joining parent groups, and I even traveled outside of the country twice, to hear world-renowned grief speaker Dr. Raymond Moody. Disappointed, I discovered like all adversities in life, there is no way to “beat” grief. But, thankfully, there were effective strategies I could employ when navigating such choppy waters. Whether it was understanding the gut-brain connection, or getting gutsy in my ability to face discomfort, the tools I learned, saved my life. There are not nearly enough resources to support each other through uncomfortable challenges – be it the loss of a job, a relationship, a sense of self… or life. Talking about uncomfortable things, well that takes guts. And we are going to get really gutsy here.

    Love & Guts

    by

    Since Oct 17, 2020 18:16 UTC

This platform is designed to speak to those who value living a full and magnificent life. Your host Lynda Griparic is a naturopath, nutritionist and yoga teacher with an avid and sometimes awkward interest in all things digestive health, especially bowel movements and the intelligent communication systems that exist in the body. Love and Guts explores all things mind-set, brain health, digestive health, pooping patterns, connection, communication and so much more. It’s content may challenge you and at times it may get a bit whacky but never too bio-hacky as I like to keep things practical and accessible to all. You will hear strategies that you’ll want to apply pronto and that’s awesome but please remember that information on this podcast channel is NOT designed to replace the advice from your health practitioner. If you would like some support with your health challenges or goals get in contact. https://bit.ly/2eJLddP
