You may have never actually found yourself in waters off the coast known as the surf zone, but YOU my friends are all surfers in your own right. See, everything and anything is comprised of one basic building block, That building block is ENERGY. Even MATTER is ENERGY in respect to the atoms that are made up of particles flying through space in an organized pattern. This in turn collaborates and makes up elements. Those elements culminate to make molecules. This process goes on and on ad infinitum. And this energy and its derivatives all travel in wave form.
However, this is not a science lesson, contrary to the above statement….
THIS IS ABOUT YOU!
YOU my fellow surfers of LIFE
…and all its UPS and DOWNS
PITFALLS and CLIMBS,
SLIPS and DIPS,
ACCOMPLISHMENTS and TRIUMPHS,
BETRAYAL and RECLAMATION,
COMMUNITY and SELF DEVELOPMENT,
…and everyone’s favorite wave, that of HEART BREAK and LOVE.
We’re all riding these waves. Many times simultaneously, with our respective higher power urging us to find peace with the human experience. The human experience is DEEP-AF. It is a balancing act of DISCIPLINE, ENERGY, EFFORT, PERSPECTIVE, AWARENESS and FOCUS in order to find grace with our next set of waves coming in to the shores of our lives.
On this channel I discuss my story as it unfolds. Also, my guests are those amazing individuals primarily from, but not limited to, the San Diego area who are the creators, the worker bees, the everyday men and women that inject our community with their craft, hard work, entrepreneurship or even simply their laughter and smiles. They inspire me relentlessly and so I wanted to platform them to re-inspire any who find interest in this podcast channel. Celebrities just don’t cut it anymore. There’s too much of a disconnect and chasm between those who have “made it” and those of us “making it.” This story is ABOUT US, BY US, FOR US.
