Dreams Around The World – Life Design – Psychology – Personal Development – Travel – Personality Types – Working For Yourself

You’ve only got one life, so why not design it around your own personality, dreams, and desires? I’m Dan Johnston and I do my best to help you create your own version of an awesome life…whatever that means for you. Personally, I value freedom and experiences over money and things and even if the seas are a bit rougher, I’d rather be the Captain of my own ship. I, and the occasional guest, cover a range of topics from psychology and MBTI personality types (you know, that whole ENFP, INFP, INFJ, INTJ thing) to freelancing and entrepreneurship. Since I am location independent (a Canadian currently living in Prague), I also talk about travel and being a digital nomad from time to time.

    HSP SOS

    HSP SOS

    by

    Since Mar 29, 2017 22:32 UTC

This is a weekly podcast for Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), introverts, empaths, intuitives, INFJs or anyone else that wants a little help supporting sensitivity! My name is Michelle Lynn. I share my experiences as a highly sensitive person while discussing the works of Dr. Elaine Aron. It is my intention to provide useful tips and resources for other individuals looking to balance, maintain, and enhance their own unique sensitivities. The show is perfect for HSPs, introverts, empaths, intuitives, individuals with ADHD, and anyone that has regular interaction with people that have sensory needs. The information I provide is not only helpful for HSPs, but it can also benefit parents and spouses of the highly sensitive, educators, employers, individuals with autism or other sensory processing sensitivities and disorders. It’s candid, useful information that listeners can apply to their life immediately. I want to acknowledge and celebrate sensitivity. It’s time to help the people that help everybody else.

    The INFJ Whisperer

    The INFJ Whisperer

    by

    Since Nov 27, 2018 22:06 UTC

I started doing YouTube videos in August 2017 about being an INFJ, and how it took me 30-odd years of journaling, self-reflection, and self-actualization, to get to this level of understanding and love with myself. I’m an INFJ and I’m here to show you through my podcast that you are not alone, you are not crazy, you are not autistic, or a sociopath. You are just misunderstood, and the more you realize that there are others like you out there, the less alone and confused you are going to feel. You are here to fulfill a great purpose. The purpose of the INFJ is diverse, beautiful, and unicorn-like, just like you.

Let me help you, through this podcast, and my YouTube channel, to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, and to become the best version of yourself as much as possible. I’m Boom Shikha on YouTube, and there are hundreds of INFJ videos on there, that are waiting for your conscious understanding. Much love! See you on the other side, lovely INFJs.

    Stepping Off Now

    by

    Since Dec 11, 2020 14:00 UTC

Stepping Off Now is a podcast for creative and sensitive thinkers. If you’re feeling creatively stuck, burned out, or like you’re not fulfilling your true potential, this podcast is for you. The host, Kendra Patterson, discusses topics like harnessing the intuitive creative process, using anti-productivity to enrich your life, and sorting through all the external pressures and expectations to figure out what YOU really want. Her perspective is informed by her own experience with burnout and recovery, struggles as a creative misfit and an HSP, and background in social science research. Kendra is an INFP but always tests as an INFJ, and an Enneagram 4.

    Unapologetically Sensitive

    Unapologetically Sensitive

    by

    Since Oct 28, 2018 17:51 UTC

In this podcast, we explore how sensitivity weaves itself into our lives. We talk about the richness that it adds, and the strengths we have BECAUSE of our sensitivity and some of the challenges it poses as well. If you are a Creative, a deep thinker, a deep feeler, neurodivergent, autistic, a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), an introvert, or identify as INFJ or ENFJ, you may enjoy the in-depth conversations where we talk openly and honestly about how we experience life. This is a podcast where you can learn, relate, laugh and maybe even live a bolder, brighter life. Have you been told you’re “too” (fill in the blank)? You’re too sensitive; you think/worry too much; you take things too personally; you’re too emotional, too finicky, too fragile, too intense, too uptight, too slow. Have you been told you can’t take a joke; you can’t go with the flow? You can’t let go of things? Making decisions can be very difficult. You might have an acute sense of smell, and strong odors, crowded noisy environments and bright lights are just too much! You notice things that no one else does. You have a strong sense of justice and you may be a peace-keeper. Conflict feels uncomfortable. You’re the one that everyone tells their problems to because you’re a good listener who cares deeply. You’re in the right place! You may have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD or something else. Sometimes Highly Sensitive People are misdiagnosed. Our brains are wired differently. We are born with the trait of High Sensitivity. There’s nothing wrong with you! You will learn that your perceived weaknesses are really are your superpowers! Dr. Elaine Aron coined the term Highly Sensitive Person (also known as Sensory Processing Sensitivity).
