In this podcast we’re stripping the bullshit and getting down to the unfiltered parts of life through raw, authentic, and often difficult conversations. We’re talking about resilience, about picking yourself up from some extreme lows and rising stronger. Through my personal journey of self discovery, and sobriety, I’ve learned and continue to learn what it takes to get up and stay up. We’re sharing stories and all of the tools collected in maintaining a consistent environment for self growth, love and discovery. We’ll hear from others who are breaking barriers and climbing incredibly tough mountains. Connection matters, stories matter and without that we are nothing. So, get ready to get inspired and motivated, to laugh and to cry. But most importantly, to love a little.

Evolving Into HER is the space where you stop shrinking and start becoming the woman you were always meant to be. The confident one. The grounded one. The soft one. The healed one. The woman who walks into every room sure of who she is and clear on where she is going.
This podcast is for the woman who is done with the old patterns. The woman who knows she has more inside her. The woman who is ready to shift her identity, rewire her mindset, embody her feminine energy, trust her intuition, and move through life with clarity, ease, and real confidence.
Every week Ashlee Hope talks to you like a big sister and a coach at the same time. Warm. Honest. Direct. She helps you elevate the way you think, the way you speak to yourself, and the way you move through the world. Inside each episode you will strengthen your self concept, build real self worth, honor your boundaries, and walk through emotional healing in a way that feels supportive and grounded. You will learn how to move with softness, step into your power, embody peace, walk in your purpose, and make choices that align with your future self.
This is where self trust becomes your baseline.
This is where your mind and identity begin working together.
This is where you finally stop repeating old cycles and choose the woman you came here to be.
With every episode you’ll soften into yourself.
You’ll feel clearer.
You’ll feel more grounded.
You’ll feel more ready for a life that reflects the woman you are evolving into.
New episodes drop every Sunday and Tuesday.

Alternative Radio is an “unembedded” weekly one-hour public affairs program offered free to all public radio stations in the US, Canada, Europe, South Africa, Australia, and on short-wave on Radio for Peace International. AR provides information, analyses and views that are frequently ignored or distorted in other media. The corporate takeover of food with its toxic chemical inputs poses serious health and environmental problems. Corporate agriculture, The New York Times states unequivocally “is causing irreparable harm to the planet.” It is “ravaging the air, soil and water, destroying wildlife habitats and spurring climate chaos. The system, a vast web of industries and processes that stretches from seed to pasture, to packaging, to the supermarket, to the trash dump, produces at least a third of all human-caused greenhouse gases.” There are alternatives. We can learn much from traditional organic farming techniques as practiced by indigenous farmers. In this program, Vandana Shiva describes the importance of biodiversity and the interconnectedness of all life. She says, “What we do to the Earth, what we do to the land, what we do to biodiversity eventually comes back to us. There is no separation.”

At Homecoming, we address two myths: 1) Hospitals are the safest place to give birth and 2) Black families don’t birth at home. We broadcast how Black families birth in love and choose to birth at home, unassisted or with midwives. We interview parents, birth workers, cloth diaper enthusiasts and also feature stories of hospital transfer during planned home births and even stories of loss. Join us as we discover Black homebirth stories in the context of the national crisis in maternal and infant health. In spite of the statistics, we DO have beautiful births! Welcome home.
