    When Football Was Football

    When Football Was Football

    by

    Since May 22, 2020 00:31 UTC

Each episode of “When Football Was Football” will take the listener back to the very early days of the National Football League. Your host, Joe Ziemba, will share a forgotten or lost story from one of the NFL’s two oldest teams: The Bears and the Cardinals. Team championships, individual exploits, or long-buried items of interest from the earliest years of the NFL will be dusted off and resurrected for the listener. Not for the football faint-of-heart since these programs will document when the struggling Bears nearly went out of business or when Cardinals’ players earned $15 a game and were proud of it! It’s NFL history—with a twist!

    More Moss to the People

    More Moss to the People

    by

    Since Nov 11, 2022 10:03 UTC

I am intentionally *working* on slowing down the pace of my life so that I can be present for the life I am actually living. NOW. Today. Not one day or another day but To-Day.

The day’s are going to pass at lighting speed regardless. So why not sit in the moment and enjoy the meal in front of me? Drive my car in the slow lane. Walk for the enjoyment of hearing my feet sink into the moss underneath my feet in the forest that I am walking through? Be in the conversation I am having versus thinking about where I have to go next.

Connecting through being present in my own life. That’s where this conversation is going and I’m ready for some more of this!

Come, share your story with me … let’s help one another to see there’s more than one way of doing this thing called ‘life’.
