    Sympathy Pains

    by

    Since Apr 5, 2022 20:43 UTC

Hosted by Laura Beil (Dr. Death, Bad Batch), Sympathy Pains is a six-part series from Neon Hum Media and iHeartRadio. For 20 years, Sarah Delashmit told people around her that she had cancer, muscular dystrophy, and other illnesses. She used a wheelchair and posted selfies from a hospital bed. She told friends and coworkers she was trapped in abusive relationships, or that she was the mother of children who had died. It was all a con. Sympathy was both her great need and her powerful weapon. But unlike most scams, she didn’t want people’s money. She was after something far more valuable.

    The Goalkeeping Podcast

    The Goalkeeping Podcast

    by

    Since Oct 26, 2018 20:27 UTC

I have been consumed by goalkeeping and the topics around the position since I was a young lad. After spells, as a young player, at Leyton Orient, Charlton Athletic and Cambridge United I soon realised that I didn’t have what it takes to reach the top as a player and turned my attention to coaching. Having coached at Tottenham Hotspur, Wycombe Wanders and Fulham I went on to create one of the UK’s most successful goalkeeping coaching businesses and my knowledge and understanding of the game continues to help keepers at all levels. This podcast is simple – every week, I’m going to share insights with you around goalkeeping topics such as techniques, training, diet, mindset and development. I want to give you a look into what it’s like being a goalkeeper coach and, most importantly, help you become a better keeper. From time to time I’ll bring in guests to share their knowledge and experience and to provide further tools to help you learn the skills required to command the six yard box. This is not scripted and I don’t have questions. We just see where the conversation takes us. This is The Goalkeeping Podcast. Created to make you a better goalkeeper.
