This podcast is dedicated to our generation of light. We live in an age where we are becoming more conscious and in touch with our inner light, but also with our magical surroundings. I speak of my personal journey and learnings along the way, as well as interviewing people whose message I believe needs to be heard. This podcast emerged from work based in the exploration of collective grief and liberation. It exists to remind us about all the ways we can find refuge during unsettling and uncertain times, and to remind us about the resilience and joy that comes from allowing ourselves to find refuge.
Michelle C. Johnson, author, yoga teacher, healer, social worker, dismantling racism trainer, activist, and grief-worker, offers monthly interviews, engaging and amplifying the brilliance and wisdom of people who have found ways to honor their grief and stay centered amidst the turmoil in the world. It uplifts the brilliance and wisdom of people who are invested in creating conditions for liberation for the collective. We feature spiritual teachers, movement practitioners, activists and social change makers, and people who hold space in various ways for healing.

Can home be a place you’ve never been, a place no one has ever been? The White Cloud is the most audacious experiment the human species has ever undertaken—to search for a new Earth. The ship and its crew exist for a solitary purpose—to reach a distant planet and establish a colony. However, the vast majority of people undertaking this journey will not live to see its result, nor were they part of the decision-making process to leave. A novel-in-stories, following the many generations who make the journey, The Voyage of the White Cloud asks how you can find meaning as a slave to destiny, a mere stepping-stone in history. These are the stories of the most ordinary people on a most extraordinary journey.

My life has been a crucible of anguish, violence, abuse, and pain. I’ve spent the last decade mastering the evil I’ve endured in my youth. This is a one-take podcast that will be recorded at the moment every day with no prep work. I offer no advice or opinions. I speak only from my own personal experience developed by refusing to allow what has been done to me to define my destiny. My aim is to help others SUFFER WELL for a short time instead of SUFFERING POORLY for a lifetime. If you choose to SUFFER WELL you must fully commit allegiance to emotional physical and spiritual mastery over one’s personal history. Through meticulous honesty rigorous relationships and onerous actions to enable history to become the past, not the present so one’s future will be able to be written not repeated.

I had an idea; I like so many of you thought to myself “I love Podcasts! I think I could do that; I think I have something worthwhile to contribute to the masses…” I decided I wanted to do something business oriented. I wanted to tap into the professional and entrepreneurial spirits out there. But instead of it being “ Hey, tell me how great you are… tell me how much you made last year… tell me what kind of car you drive… I wanted to do something a little different, something a little more inspired. I want to hear about how your business, your career, your life. I want to tell your story!
