    Don’t Cut Your Bangs

    Don’t Cut Your Bangs

    by

    Since Jun 1, 2023 20:32 UTC

Welcome to Don’t Cut Your Bangs, the tell-all and dish-everything podcast that focuses on the beauty industry, style, relationships, body image and so much more.

Get ready to join in the breakroom-worthy conversations you’ve always wanted to be a part of. Hosted by Deb Todd— beauty industry expert, salon owner, hair educator, mother, wife, beauty & fashion addict. Deb isn’t just bringing her salon and spa industry knowledge and expertise direct to you… she’s coming with her completely unfiltered, raw and oftentimes hilarious outlook on ALL the things women want to talk about. She’ll quickly become your favorite unlicensed therapist.

Each episode, Don’t Cut Your Bangs will explore a new topic with the help of some very special guests and industry insiders. Drawing on their own personal experiences (all learned the hard way, no doubt), Deb and her guests will be shedding light on the good, the bad, and the ugly side of working in the service industry. They’ll have thought-provoking conversations about topics that nobody really wants to touch— such as how to deal with irrational clients, tips for standing out in an oversaturated industry, and ways to stay sane while attempting to “do it all.”

Think of this podcast as the breakroom tell-all… brought to you by your supportive local girl gang and filled with your stylists’ best kept secrets. The goal is for you to be seen and heard, and to remind you that you’re not alone in this crazy, wild ride! This is a podcast where you can learn, be encouraged, be inspired and make connections with other beauty professionals.

Don’t worry doll, we’ve always got your back. We’re here to encourage you to get the tattoo… just #dontcutyourbangs. New episodes drop every other Monday. Be sure to subscribe to stay notified!

That Marketing Dude Show (TMD Show)

That Marketing Dude Show (TMD Show)

    by

    Since Jan 27, 2017 15:28 UTC

That Marketing Dude was founded by me, Luke Benjamin Thomas, a world traveler, digital nomad and motor mouth. I help digital nomads and location independent entrepreneurs, and those aspiring to become either, to build businesses that allow them to focus more on travel.

I started this podcast because I was sick of listening to the same type of shows… So I created something different. I bring on guests as “co-hosts”, not to interrogate them. I publish 3 shows a month talking about a specific topic related to business or travel and 1 episode a month purely on travel stories.

With inspiration from people like; Pat Flynn and Smart Passive Income, Chris Ducker at Youpreneur, John Lee Dumas for EOFire, Josh and Jill Stanton from Screw The Nine to Five, Tim Ferriss and his 4 Hour Work Week book AND of course sprinkle in some awesome travel stories like you see at Extra Pack of Peanuts and Zero To Travel… I think I’ve created a rather unique show!

Subscribe and get the most interesting business and travel podcast in your ear holes every week.

    Just Enough Heshy

    Just Enough Heshy

    by

    Since Dec 16, 2020 16:49 UTC

Heshy Tischler, known since his yeshiva days as Uncle Heshy — or just “The Big H” — is a community icon and South Brooklynite for his entire life. He is married for over 30 years to his wife, Linda, and has raised three sons in the South Brooklyn community. He is now the proud zeidy of one grandchild. Heshy is known throughout the neighborhood as host of the Just Enough Heshy Show. Because hey — it’s never enough but it may be just enough. Watch his show at 9 o’clock every Wednesday night at 620 AM for news and talk about community issues. Heshy’s long experience working with city government on behalf of people has given him a unique perspective on what has to be strengthened and what should be changed — or dropped entirely. Heshy rose to national prominence when he restored ownership of New York City’s parks to its citizens. He will therefore be looking into reorganizing the Parks Department — there is too much bureaucracy there and not enough action for residents of the five boroughs.

    Don’t Feed The Trolls

    Don’t Feed The Trolls

    by

    Since Feb 1, 2016 00:00 UTC

Don’t Feed The Trolls is a weekly podcast hosted by Nate Henry and Matt MacDonald. Matt and Nate met each other in 2006 while touring the country in their respective bands (The Classic Crime and Sherwood). Over the years they’ve kept in touch, mostly because Nate would call Matt on a regular basis to discuss the meaning of life. Towards the end of 2015, Nate was looking for a new creative outlet, and noticed that Matt spent way too much time being opinionated on Facebook, so he suggested that Matt start a podcast with him. They settled on the name “Don’t Feed the Trolls,” as they hoped the podcast would steer them (and whoever cared to listen) away from the endless, spite-filled arguments on social media, and into the more dynamic realm of vocal conversation. Now, well over 50 episodes into the podcast, the guys show no sign of stopping. With dozens of people supporting the show monthly, the episodes keep coming and the hosts stay motivated. You can help them out if you want by visiting their Patreon for exclusive content. Subscribe to the show on your favorite podcast app today. Thanks for listening!
