Being in your twenties is kind of like walking directionless in a vast field and then being hit by someone on a swing. Joe Biden made a podcast so we decided, as two twenty-somethings with no real world experience and a wisdom value in the negatives, to make one too. Rainie Toll and Darcy Neureiter are two liberal arts grads with a penchant for f*cking things up. Follow them as they swing and miss gloriously.

Concerning Virgins (De Virginibus) is a series of letters, compiled into three “books,” St. Ambrose wrote to his sister, Manellia, These, perhaps Ambrose’s earliest writings, were written in 377 CE. Written in a rather light-handed non-technical style they appear as ethical guides to women who are contemplating entering nunneries. More importantly, they set the tone for Ambrose’s later writing on ethics. Concerning Virgins was referred to by other patristic writers including St. Jerome, St Augustine and Cassian, and are now included in the extra-biblical cannon of the early church fathers.

Most of our experiences as human beings are universal, even though we can feel uniquely pained by them at the time. How you deal with each life experience and choose to move forward is what makes you truly unique. The answers to life and happiness are not always out there in the big wide world, many are simply within you. Straight-talking Shelley F. Knight offers real stories, controversial advice, personal development tools and warped humour to help you address limitations in your life, and suggests ways in which to take responsibility for your new life story rather than retelling your history.
