Sometimes, there comes a point when you don’t need more information… you just need to be encouraged.

I was inspired to do this episode when I read an Instagram post of a young girl who was experiencing bullying, and another young lady who expressed that although she looks happy on the outside, she’s struggling a bit on the inside.

So, here’s some much needed encouragement for us all. A little mid-week pick-me-up.
