The Federal Government has introduced proposed legislation which will radically change the natural health products industry in Canada. The Bill reads like a police state manual and the end result will be 70% or more of the products currently available will be illegal. The draconian search and seizure powers granted to the Health Canada inspectors violate the implied bill of rights and the increased penalties are clearly aimed at putting companies in the industry out of business. This is only the beginning. Listen to the podcast to learn more and find out what you can do to help Fight Bill C51 and preserve Health Freedom in Canada. [itunes pic]

Tom Ray’s Art Podcast is a podcast about trying to become a full-time artist. Each episode I meet artists of all types and places in their careers. Beginners, hobbyists and professionals. I’m Tom Ray and I started this show because I wanted to get back into making art and getting involved with the art community where I live in Madison, WI. And what better way to do that than to find artists and talk to them directly. I wanted to hear about how people create, promote themselves and in the meantime still manage their own well-being.

The “swashbuckling, intrigue, and a dash of magic” continues in Book Two of Tales of the Left Hand, as the Duke of Kohaya gives Tesca and Kayrla a new mission, one that takes them outside the Quad: A search for the secret haven of the most legendary pirate to ever sail the Frees. But time is precious, for the Duke’s enemies are hot on their heels. When the Duke arranges for the pair to escort the enigmatic Captain Grivus on his expedition to find the haven (and treasure) of the notorious pirate Praeditorus Rex, Kayrla is thrilled at the prospect of going to sea once more. But unbeknownst to her, the Duke has given Tesca a second mission of greater priority than the first, one that may propel the Quad into war if it is revealed. This extra wrinkle further complicates matters as their journey proceeds. As their ship is attacked by a wily foe, the pair devises a desperate plan to survive that pushes both Tesca’s swordsmanship and Kayrla’s spellcraft to their limits, but will it be enough to save them?

Over my many years of enjoying beer, I’ve learned a few things. One of the things I’ve learned is that there is truth, and there is your truth. And your truth is what I want us to talk about. If you have a beer that we both love, I want us to talk about it. If you have a beer that you love and I don’t, well, I want us to talk about that too! So join me and my guests as we explore these truths and come to no definitive conclusion at all. Because no one can tell you what you see, what you smell, what you taste, or what is true to you.

NATO Review is a free online magazine offering expert opinion, analysis and debate on a broad range of security issues. It looks at different aspects of NATO’s role in today’s fast-changing and unpredictable security environment. It also covers wider challenges, such as cyberattacks, hybrid warfare, the impact of social media, the security implications of climate change and scarcity of resources, and the need to strengthen the role of women in peace and security. It is important to note that what is published in NATO Review does not constitute the official position or policy of NATO or member governments. NATO Review seeks to inform and promote debate on security issues. The views expressed by authors are their own. This magazine has existed for 70 years and still upholds the task it was given all those years ago: to ‘contribute to a constructive discussion of Euro-Atlantic security issues’.
