“Ask For It” reclaims the harmful victim-blaming phrase in a fun, educational, and approachable manner. Hosted by Karli Johnson, International TEDx Speaker, M.S.Ed Educator, Advocate, and Survivor. Karli and her guests break down consent, victim-blaming & communication to teach the world HOW TO ASK for consent, respect, help, empathy, justice, and equality.
This podcast covers issues surrounding trauma, mental health, oppression, and different forms of violence and abuse, including but not limited to sexual and domestic violence. Each episode will begin with the topic trigger warning and end with resources for help and support.
