Hello Everyone Running with Anxiety is intended to share my journey with anxiety and depression, the ups and downs, the good and bad. Mental health issues are something that many of us face on a daily basis. I know for me, anxiety has impacted my life in drastic ways, and has made it hard for me to function and has turned my world dark; But through my journey, I’ve been learning and experiencing the importance of finding presence, and I believe sharing my experiences will help me and others that are looking for change to build on a community of support and awareness, which will lead to becoming present and enjoying the best parts of life that are only seen when I believe we stop running from anxiety but instead running with anxiety. Thanks
Hello Everyone
On this episode of Running with Anxiety, I just wanted to touch bases on what’s been going on, the journey of living with anxiety.
Thanks
