Do you want to like craft beer but don’t know where to start? Do you feel like having a favorite Doppelbock will earn you street cred? (Wait. What’s Doppelbock, again?) Drinking Biddies Keryl Brown and Jamie Tunkel will always drink a bottle on air, review it, tell stories, and discover a few things about beer along the way. They’ll sometimes have guests and sometimes be antisocial. They’re just two girls on a journey. A beer journey. Disclaimer: If you’re looking for boring, informational lectures about beer, move along. You won’t find that here.

Short Science Fiction Collection 044 by Various

Short Science Fiction Collection 044 by Various

    by

    Since Jan 1, 1970 00:00 UTC

Science Fiction is speculative literature that generally explores the consequences of ideas which are roughly consistent with nature and scientific method, but are not facts of the author’s contemporary world. The stories often represent philosophical thought experiments presented in entertaining ways. Protagonists typically “think” rather than “shoot” their way out of problems, but the definition is flexible because there are no limits on an author’s imagination. The reader-selected stories presented here were written prior to 1962 and became US public domain texts when their copyrights expired. (Summary by Gregg Margarite)

    Praying The Word of God

    Praying The Word of God

    by

    Since Oct 28, 2018 20:11 UTC

Have you ever felt stuck during prayer time? You know how you feel, but you don’t know how to put it in words during your alone time with God! Nothing is more powerful than praying God’s Word because it fights the fleshly battles of life using the spiritual weapons God gave us. Even Jesus used Scripture to overcome this life! When we pray through the Word of God, we are allowing God’s Word to abide in us and as a result, we will see His Word manifesting in our lives (John 15:7). Queen Elizabeth II died on September 8th at the age of 96 years old, months after her Platinum Jubilee, her 70th year as the Queen of the United Kingdom. As the world remembers the longest-reigning monarch, her eldest son Prince Charles is now KING Charles III. It’s the moment he was born destined for – and at 73, he’s been waiting a long time. As one era closes, another one begins. Can Prince Charles fill his mother’s shoes? Will the people accept him as king? Is there even a place for monarchy in our modern world? In Born to Rule, NBC’s Keir Simmons talks to journalists and royal insiders who’ve followed Prince Charles for decades to help us understand this man who is now king.
