I’m a Chef, motivational speaker, wife and mother of 4. When teaching cooking classes, I always mention the 5 senses. It’s the 5 senses that makes the difference between a novice & veteran cook. Using their nose and eyes as a timer, listening to hear if it’s a sizzle or sticking at the bottom of the pot sound and feeling if it’s tender. It’s the same thing with life. In this podcast I will help you use the senses that we were gifted to know before that small percentage of verbal communication confirms what we know deep down, the truth. Let’s grow together!
