The Quiztastic four is a weekly quiz podcast where contestants come on to face 4 rounds of questions. The four best contestants from each season will face on in a finals bracket to be the Quiztastic 4 Champion! To help each contestant they will have 4 Quiztastic Performance Enhancers they can use and amongst three general knowledge rounds they will be allowed to pick a specialist subject for one round. Listen in and find out who will set the best scores, also if you would like to take part as a contestant please contact us via email at quiztastic4@gmail.com • Each contestant will face 4 Quiztastic rounds of questions • Each quiz will have 40 points available – o 10 points per round • Each contestant will have 4 performance enhancers they can use throughout the quiz o 2nd chance After answering a question incorrectly they can use the life line to have a second guess for half the value o Multi Choice They can request to be given multiple choice answers to pick from for one question o Pass and Carry The contestant can choose to pass the question asked and carry its value to the next question If they get the next question correct they will get the points for both question If they get the next question wrong the number of points they attempted to carry will be deducted from their total o Specialist Switch During the Specialist round the contestant can choose to switch one of the questions out for a different question Round One – General Knowledge • All questions worth two points Round Two – Growing in value round o Question 1 worth 1 point, o Question 2 worth 2 points, o Question 3 worth 3 points, o Question 4 worth 4 points, • Round will have a specific topic – i.e. Geography, History etc. Round Three – List round • The contestant will be allowed to guess until they get one wrong • Once they get one wrong the round will be over Round Four – Specialist subject round • This round will be chosen by the contestant • This round will always be 5 questions worth 2 points each

Working Historians is a podcast series that showcases the work and careers of historians in a wide variety of career fields. The podcast’s primary goals are to introduce history students and the general public to the career paths available to people who study history, to introduce and promote historians to students and the public, and to showcase the work that historians do on a regular basis.
