As a teacher of Buddhist meditation and psychology for four decades, and someone “blessed” with a chronic illness for two of those decades, Jeff Rubin has been obsessed with answering this question. This obsession led him to develop a program called Unconditional Healing, a new model of health that has helped countless people transform their relationship to pain, adversity, and illness, and unlock their own storehouse of confidence and resilience.

In this podcast, Jeff explores the principles of Unconditional Healing with talks, healing practices, and interviews with those who have discovered how to thrive in the face of adversity. He also features guests who are experts or thought leaders in a particular aspect of health and well-being. If you are dealing with an acute or chronic illness, the loss of a loved one or your livelihood, the dissolution of a relationship, or any other adverse circumstance that has you feeling anxious and confused, then this podcast is definitely for you. Especially if you’re looking for a more nuanced, more spiritual way to work with life’s inevitable difficulties.

Kasey Crawford Kellem is a school counselor, author, yoga instructor, motivational speaker, former business owner and special ed teacher, and now, podcaster. She is a beacon of resiliency as she continues through her journey dodging hurdles but still dancing all along the way! The creator and author of Mind Over Matter Books, Kellem’s first five books, “Believe,” “Love,” “Laugh,” “Relax,” and “Dream” teach children the resiliency tools necessary to overcome obstacles. After her husband died from cancer, Kellem wrote, “Bella-Eve the Bounce-Back Dog” a book she has shared with thousands of children helping them cope with their challenges in life. What’s up guys, my name is Greg Anderson, and after spending a decade in the Special Operations/Para-Military community and 14 overseas deployments, I pursued a new career in Law Enforcement with the interest in putting the deployment lifestyle behind me. In light of so many events in 2020 regarding law enforcement I decided to speak up on the behalf of the profession and it ultimately cost me my job, but because of this I’ve taken my life in a new direction and one of my pursuits is launching this podcast! The Endless Endeavor Podcasts was created with the understanding that life is a continuous and arduous journey. I’ve learned that the only way I can grow and develop as a human is maintaining an understanding that there is always a lot to learn and preserve a curiosity across a wide spectrum of interests.
