Into The Neuroverse with Colin Hoult

Into The Neuroverse with Colin Hoult

    by

    Since Jul 14, 2023 06:00 UTC

A new podcast all about Neurodiversity! Actor and Comedian Colin Hoult (you may know him from Afterlife, Black Ops, or as Anna Mann) invites you on a journey into his brain and maybe yours! After getting a diagnosis of ADHD and contemplating pursuing a diagnosis of Autism Colin has, perhaps foolishly, decided to document all this on a podcast. He’ll be chatting away to you like an absolute loon, hopefully giving some (completely unqualified) tips and ideas for navigating the world, being generally a least quite funny, sometimes deeply moving and every 3 episodes bring on a guest! If you are neurodiverse, think you may be neurodiverse or just need to fill a 45 minute train journey with absolute waffle this is the show for you!

New Self Help Book Launch 2020 (This podcast interview is between the author Danielle Hampson and the editor Amanda Moss from Lifestyle Monthly Magazine and was recorded during the Covid19 virus lock down please excuse the distant quality).Am I on the Spectrum? An Aspies Guide to The Autistic Spectrum – I am on it and so are you – is a psychology self help publication which cuts through the mystery and complexity surrounding autism looking at everyday personality types. If you’ve ever wondered why you or your family members may be different – this book has the answers that science is rather slow to prove. As diagnosed numbers are rising in our children, there are generations of us who have no known diagnosis and wonder if we’ve contributed to the situation.Am I On The Spectrum looks at personality types not yet classed on the Spectrum Bi Polar, Borderline, Narcissism, Sociopath, Psychopathic, ADHD, PDA, OCD, PTSD, complex personalities, substance misuse, domestic abuse, gender sexuality and anxiety and depression. It proposes what the Autism Spectrum may actually look like to the average person.

How To Love Yourself No Matter What

How To Love Yourself No Matter What

    by

    Since Sep 16, 2020 23:08 UTC

Welcome to the How To Love Yourself No Matter What Podcast, hosted by Amanda Hess, a Certified Trauma Aware Life & Success Coach for Neurodivergent Women. This podcast is dedicated to helping neurodivergent women change what they think is “wrong with them” into their superpower. Amanda struggled with her neurodivergence for years without even knowing that it was neurodivergence. Maybe you can relate? Thanks to not understanding her unique brain and her unique needs, Amanda spent decades dealing with the emotional fallout of not knowing how to address her highly sensitive nervous system. This meant a long journey of mental health struggles, meds that didn’t work and therapy that seemingly made her feel worse, not better. Until she found coaching, which changed everything. Now Amanda teaches neurodivergent women how to approach their unique brains in a way that creates trust, understanding, and real results. If you are craving a new experience with yourself and want to feel like you truly belong to yourself and to the world, this podcast is for you. Let’s get started.
