Technology has been a passion for both of us. We quickly found that out once we started working together. Lunch breaks became an assembly of ideas. We discussed not only emerging technology but how we got to this point in time in the first place. On one of these lunch breaks, without much planning, we grabbed a personal recorder, got in the car, and the Future Break Podcast was born. We’re thrilled to have you join us on this wild and wonderful journey… New shows come out every other Wednesday

Welcome to the Cognitive Rampage Podcast. The exploratory podcast pushing you to question yourself and everything else. Making you think with cerebral guests, and offering hardcore mental health help. I’m your host Adam Lowery. I have published two books, appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience, MSNBC, NASDAQ Live, NBC, multiple podcasts and radio shows. I am a retired nightclub connoisseur and drug dealer turned retired Mental Health Therapist turned Author, Podcaster, CEO, Comedy Club Owner and Comedy Host. I hold both, B.A. and B.S. Degrees, a Minor in Sociology, a Masters in Mental Health and a Doctorate from Sidewalk U. As a Therapist, I founded the integrative therapeutic approach Transrational Structural Behavior Theory (TSBT), and have also been credited with the discovery of the Athletes Depression Diagnosis. In my flow time you will find me doing stand-up comedy or producing comedy shows. I love the great outdoors. I surf, dive, kayak, spearfish, offshore and inshore fish. I’ve caught and hunted my own food since I was a child and have survived on a deserted island. If comedy or nature isn’t calling, you’ll find me training boxing and kickboxing. I enjoy cooking, podcasting, playing pool, frisbee or reading a physical book. I have a serious addiction to the ocean, listening to podcasts, new experiences and randomness. I talk to strangers, and too much. I love most people, including you. In my book series The Cognitive Rampage, I fuse the cognitive, behavioral, social and biological sciences into a self application to help you create and sustain change in your life, and to reveal the authentic you. Available on Amazon, Kindle and Barnes and Noble. I hope you’re taking care of you and living your Cognitive Rampage! What does that mean? It is about cultivating happiness through a passionate pursuit of life optimization, an enthusiastically persistent search for competence in mind, body and belief while building an optimistically rational life philosophy and living and growing your purposeful structure. I hope you’ll stay around by subscribing to the podcast on iTunes, Spotify and YouTube, following me on Facebook, Twitter and IG, and buying my book on Amazon so we can keep exploring this amazing human experience together.

I always struggled growing up, and even today. I’d look around and think, “Why does that seem easier for that person to do than for me?” Even though it is unfair to compare ourselves to others, we do it and we all do it. As I started thinking about this, I realized that maybe part of it for me was that I grew up without a father and learned or didn’t learn things I needed to know to more easily “be” in life. Life felt like doing. Then, I started talking to others, and it seemed like I was not alone. This podcast is for us. In each episode, my guests will openly share the impact, gifts and struggles they’ve been experiencing ever since childhood, and how they’ve created their own lessons as they forged forward as adults. Lessons they want to share with you. There’s no dad bashing. No mom bashing. Just pure vulnerability and valuable insights on topics that really matter and that no one really openly discusses. It’s my first podcast, so keep in mind it will get better with time. I hope you stick it out. The stories I’m working on are fascinating and insightful, and I truly want to help people, so it’s all coming from my heart. Thank you!
