Through His people. Through times of worship. Through times of prayer and reflection. And we want to see women inspired to start conversations of their own, boldly bringing the word of God to their areas of influence. OUR WHY :For so many women the voice of God stops speaking when the Pastor steps off the stage on Sunday morning or when the final prayer is prayed after (insert your favorite speaker’s name here) brings a powerful message. They don’t know how to hear the voice of God. They have never experienced God speaking to them personally or even considered that God might want to use them to speak to others. Why is that?Is it because we live in a media saturated culture where it’s easier to just hear what God has spoken to someone else than to take the time to seek God for ourselves? Possibly. Is it because we live in a celebrity driven culture where we are constantly being told that only a few – the best, the brightest, the most eloquent, the most beautiful – should be the used? Maybe. Or maybe they’ve just never seen it modeled before?That’s the heart of ‘our’ why. We want women to know that regardless of their personality type, their skill set, or any other factor they might use to disqualify themselves, that God wants to speak to them. That He wants to use them.
