    by

    Since May 11, 2021 13:00 UTC

Hello, my name is Eve, and I’m here to help you relax, unwind and enjoy some soothing, comforting, amusing and thoughtful audio experiences.Maybe you’re feeling anxious, or depressed, maybe you have trouble sleeping. Or maybe you’d just like to calm your mind, focus your attention, or simply take a bit of a mental break from all your worries. Maybe you’ve looked into ways of doing this, but were turned off by the new age approach, maybe words like “mindfulness” and “meditation” and “hypnosis” just don’t sit well with you. Maybe just the thought of sitting cross-legged somewhere makes you cringe. It’s okay, you don’t have to get all zen just to find a way to relax. This podcast is about simple, no-fuss, down-to-earth relaxation. It’s a podcast for anyone and everyone, and features a variety of different proven techniques to help you clear your mind, visualize your goals, or even just drift off to sleep. I’m not a doctor or therapist, and none of these audios should be taken as or replace professional advice. If you just want to de-stress for a few minutes and enjoy some simple, no-fuss mental timeouts, then put your headphones on and enjoy.

Michael C. Bryan and Jennifer Ho are two professional life coaches who hate being called life coaches. On Stripped, they’ll get down and dirty about how they made it through incest, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, self-harm, sexual trauma, financial ruin, and gender madness to become the fabulously outrageous, successful and living large New Yorkers they are today. You know…light topics like that. You’re not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy. The world has changed and Michael and Jennifer are leading the charge by stripping away all the bullshit and facades we’ve been living behind and letting it all hang out. And we do mean all.

Every episode, superfan Harriet Morris looks at one character, spell, invention or place from the magical world of Harry Potter (and related works) and asks: what hidden soul-saving teachings are there to help us navigate and dismantle anxiety, depression and the curveballs that life has a habit of throwing at us? As you will see, Winky the house elf, Draco Malfoy and the time turner all have as much to teach us about reclaiming our power as does Harry himself. Harry didn’t literally save Harriet’s life, but this more than any other work helped her recover from compulsive eating .

Welcome to Rock Your Shine: After you’ve been cracked wide open. My name is Susan Casey. I’m an author, mental health therapist, and grief and loss coach. If you’ve found this podcast, you’ve most likely experienced a life-altering loss, whether it’s the loss of a human being, a marriage, a job, a pet, a sense of self, or something else. I’ve learned that when a heartbreaking event cracks us wide open the way it did for me when my younger brother died, it offers us the opportunity to experience our inner light in a more profound and life-changing way. Our goal each Wednesday, is to bring you transformational stories that will move you and bring you light, love, inspiration, and hope as you walk along your path toward integrating your loss into the tapestry of your life and growing fully into your authentic self. Reclaiming Your Identity | How has the Global Pandemic affected our Identities & how can we learn to accept who we are now?

Reclaiming Your Identity | How has the Global Pandemic affected our Identities & how can we learn to accept who we are now?

    by

    Since Apr 26, 2021 05:00 UTC

A show dedicated to warning you against the dangers of isolation, fear of failure & pursuing undesirable certainty & control, Reclaiming Your Identity is an extension of my quest to show you how to break through your subconscious mental blocks & to help you appreciate & own your own vulnerabilities. I’ll share my tips to help you to become larger than your anxieties, to gain clarity, to be courageous & to take action. As an authentically vulnerable person, I share both my own- & other people’s stories of resilience & triumph, & I’ll explain to you how to really get things done.

Working globally as a High Performance Identity Coach with men who identify as having any disability & are looking to reconstruct & reclaim their identities, I’m now seeing the horrific aftermath of the 2020 Pandemic & the severe decline of male mental health. This is the result of a disconnection from reality, from identity, from life. Close your eyes & take a minute to think about how you are really feeling inside. You are not the same person now that you were in March 2020. How much has the pandemic changed you, & is this for better, or for worse? Now, open your eyes, find your courage to own your vulnerabilities, & begin to make the changes that you know that you need to do.

Join me every Monday for advice on how to really value yourself, how to find the right support, & how to Reclaim your Identity.

    Mental Obsession Discussion

    Mental Obsession Discussion

    by

    Since Nov 16, 2021 18:00 UTC

Our discussion is not an academic scientific thesis or medical diagnosis, prognosis, prescription, discipline, philosophy or treatment. It is based on experience and not opposed to any person, place, or thing: real or imagined – nor is our discourse ritualistic or religious. Considering what is said is not a replacement for taking direction from responsible parties you rely on or are under the care of including professionals.

Consideration is a contemplative awakened meditation. An Absolute State of Knowing Awareness is simple as it does not change. To think thoughts can change nature’s essence is a mistake. Mental addiction acts in vain to reverse nature’s order. Mental disorders like anxious disorders reflect this. Obsessive thoughts cast shadows of doubt. Shrinking to hide these haunting effects increases their impact. Insisting on resisting any mental effects insures they persist.

We Know We Know and are Aware We are Aware. There is no wrong, fight, fear, lies or conflict in Truth as Reality. This natural state is right and how and why we know so well that something’s wrong. Anxiety is the stress of thoughts under pressure. Pain is evidence something’s wrong. Trying to feel better or get over reactive, impulsive or compulsive urges makes matters worse. Obsessive thoughts are sick choices we can think condemn us. Choices are the will to want. We are responsible for irresponsible choices, not victims. The right to freely choose does not make choice right. We are free to think and feel as easily as consequences reflect our thoughts.

Talking and thinking to our thoughts creates more thoughts thinking of themselves. What we think about defines what we think not who or what we are. Choices to think are actions we take, something we do. We cannot be what we do even while imagining thoughts create reality. To any degree untrue thoughts are believed true we lie and manifest unhealthy, ill-at-ease, inner-conflicted emotional turmoil. Lies always appear to happen to us since irresponsibility is the delusion we can succeed at opposing nature’s order. Feeling lonely accurately feels disconnected baseless thinking. To think we have nothing to do with our thoughts is the suicidal death wish there is nothing we can do about them. To create a cause and deny the effect is how the vicious mental cycle of obsessive thoughts – central to all symptomatic addictions as compulsive behaviors – is chronically restarted.

I’m no Einstein, but Albert was, and along with many other noted voices, he said: “You cannot fix a problem with the same thinking that created it.”

Symptomatic recovery does not cure the obsessive mental illness – it clears the looking glass so the problem can be seen. Emotional sobriety is sane living. Wrong as wrong is right. Rather than chronic repetition thought’s proper alignment allows the correcting of wrong. Resting in Peace on earth does not require we be buried in it.

Little, if any, belief, faith, hope, or trust in what is Absolute is required since any reliance on what is Real is confirmed as applied. Awe and inspiration are the actualization and realization that all that is possible is happening here, now, for all that is and all that are – always in all ways.

Thoughts naturally align with our knowing awareness when we’re not hell bent trying to prove they’re not. Stability is assured whole to express the abundance our essential loving essence provides. This remains true even when we feel lost in tangled thoughts thinking otherwise. Reality and Truth stay the same no matter what we think. Think about That.

Knowing’s nature is Absolute – it is neither negotiable, occasional or optional.

There is no doubt where there is no question.

Sanity is the natural state of Truth as Reality.
