    Since Mar 8, 2021 13:20 UTC

On A Cook’s Library Will Stewart ‘chews the fat’ with home cooks and professional chefs about a book of their choosing that has influenced the food they cook, eat, and obsess over.

Be it the first book they were given, one they open for a simple supper, or the one that serves as their ‘kitchen bible’. There’s no book too big, too small, too academic or too novel.

    Feeding The Birds Podcast

    Feeding The Birds Podcast

    by

    Since Nov 3, 2017 17:11 UTC

Do you love food and the Philadelphia Eagles? If the answer is an enthusiastic YES! Then this is the series for you. Feeding the Birds is an Official Eagles Entertainment podcast hosted by Derrick Gunn. Derrick brings you lively conversations about food and the game with current players, Eagles legends and friends of the Birds. It’s stuffed with fun food facts and spirited debates where guests go head to head over the hottest questions of the day – mild, medium or hot? Dine in or take out? Wine or Beer? It’s the tasty treat you’ve been waiting for!

Brent Celek and Rick Lovato played together on the Eagles Super Bowl Championship Team in 2017. You can only guess they exchanged stories from their days in the restaurant business.

Rick was working at his family’s sub and pizza shop in Lincroft, New Jersey when he got the call from the Birds and you know the rest of the story. Rick can also draw some comparisons to working in a kitchen to life on the gridiron.

Brent Celek had a passion for food and design and decided to open a restaurant in Philly. Trying to balance football and the food business was a challenge he wasn’t prepared for so Celek closed his restaurant, but he kept his entrepreneurial spirit and his love for Ina Garten!

We’ve all gotten used to take away, so is there really any point in dining in? Ross Tucker and Colleen Wolfe have some thoughts and boy, do they share them.

    The Special

    The Special

    by

    Since Feb 12, 2019 18:32 UTC

From artists to architects, musicians to entrepreneurs, its places and its spaces and most of all, its food. That’s what makes a city ‘special.’ Hosted by Minya Oh, a.k.a. “Miss Info,” we’re checking out six American cities to find out what gives them their unique flavor. In each episode, we’ll be guided by a local restaurateur, culminating with the special — a dish that is the manifestation of the city on a plate. BMW’s first ever X7 inspired “The Special,” by bringing together a new collaboration between two expert storytellers — The New York Times’s T Brand Studio and The Infatuation. Together, we examine culture and food in a way that only we can. Sponsored by BMW.
