    Since May 12, 2021 22:41 UTC

🏆 Winner of the Best Parenting Podcast of the Year – British Podcast Awards. Two dads discussing baby loss, coping with life, and working their way through grief. In the aftermath of losing babies, Liam and Matt found there was no support specifically aimed at dads to help them process their grief, prepare for what was to come next, and help them to support their partners. So, they’ve teamed up to create this podcast for other dads (and families) which shows a bereaved father’s perspective and provides the tools to help them on their journey with grief. If you would like to contact us you can do so via our social media pages (@dadstillstanding) or email dadstillstandingpodcast@gmail.com.

    Even If

    Even If

    by

    Since Mar 29, 2020 19:34 UTC

We want to be people who believe in God’s goodness, no matter what. But what do we do when life is anything but good? When God doesn’t answer our prayers the way we’ve asked or imagined? Or when disappointments and loss dominate this season of our lives? No stranger to loss and longing, Kelly Streiff creates space to acknowledge deep pain and grief, while walking with us on a journey of becoming “Even If” people – people who stand firm in our faith even if God doesn’t show up the way we expect or desire. Together, we’re navigating these seasons of life, learning how to stand firm when life is shaking, and with resolve in our hearts and, sometimes, with a quiver in our voice, boldly declare God’s goodness in our lives…Even If.

Sorry For Your Loss: a podcast about grief

Sorry For Your Loss: a podcast about grief

    by

    Since Nov 8, 2018 17:26 UTC

When I was nineteen years old, my mother passed away. This prompted me to explore the controversies and obscurities that come with navigating grief in today’s day and age, especially as a young adult. Based on the research from my Master’s thesis project and inspired by my own grieving experience, Sorry For Your Loss: a podcast about grief (SFYL) explores how we navigate grief in current Western culture and its media landscape. I’m no psychologist or grief worker, but I’m a young adult who has gone through grief, and continues to grieve years after my Mother’s death. The theme music for each episode is called “All the Answers” by Lee Rosevere and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The logo is designed by Melissa Cultraro and Melissa Vasiliev.
