Alycia and Jessica struggled for years to find answers to some medical concerns they had. In 2020 they were finally able to find answers and get proper help. This podcast is to start the conversation on becoming a self-advocate for your health, body, and self. With conversations stemming from medical issues, food, body image, and more Alycia and Jessica hope to start a conversation that allows you to be heard.
