Life, politics, religion, and science. These are the things on which we predicate our society. In this podcast, we are going to be examining the very fabric of our society using facts and evidence to navigate through these uncertain and unprecedented times. Shadow governments, tyrants, and the under works of government, religion, and science all shape how we view and traverse our society. Join me, Will, as we expose and illuminate the truth about the world we live in.

Reclaiming Your Identity | How has the Global Pandemic affected our Identities & how can we learn to accept who we are now?

Reclaiming Your Identity | How has the Global Pandemic affected our Identities & how can we learn to accept who we are now?

    by

    Since Apr 26, 2021 05:00 UTC

A show dedicated to warning you against the dangers of isolation, fear of failure & pursuing undesirable certainty & control, Reclaiming Your Identity is an extension of my quest to show you how to break through your subconscious mental blocks & to help you appreciate & own your own vulnerabilities. I’ll share my tips to help you to become larger than your anxieties, to gain clarity, to be courageous & to take action. As an authentically vulnerable person, I share both my own- & other people’s stories of resilience & triumph, & I’ll explain to you how to really get things done.

Working globally as a High Performance Identity Coach with men who identify as having any disability & are looking to reconstruct & reclaim their identities, I’m now seeing the horrific aftermath of the 2020 Pandemic & the severe decline of male mental health. This is the result of a disconnection from reality, from identity, from life. Close your eyes & take a minute to think about how you are really feeling inside. You are not the same person now that you were in March 2020. How much has the pandemic changed you, & is this for better, or for worse? Now, open your eyes, find your courage to own your vulnerabilities, & begin to make the changes that you know that you need to do.

Join me every Monday for advice on how to really value yourself, how to find the right support, & how to Reclaim your Identity.

    Since May 5, 2020 12:15 UTC

Welcome to How to Cope! A new podcast exploring just how we can best manage our mental health, when the global coronavirus crisis is doing its very best to pummel our sanity into a pulp.

Each episode, writer Becky Howard and psychotherapist Lucy Clyde will explore one element of the overwhelming amount of changes we’re all having to deal with – and help us all find our way through this the best way we can.

From relationship challenges to mood swings, loneliness to parenting crises, Covid-19 is having all sorts of unprecedented impacts on our lives. So we’re going to talk, share advice, and laugh our way through this, from a socially-responsible distance of at least 2 metres, of course.

    Shelf Lives

    Shelf Lives

    by

    Since Aug 10, 2020 07:00 UTC

    https://supporter.acast.com/shelf-lives

Shelf Lives is a series of short, original audio plays exploring the fictional lives of the different people we all knew and loved during lockdown, in the one social setting we grew used to for many, many months: the supermarket.

Each episode follows a different character in the same shop, on the same day, at exactly the same time, as they get to grips with both private crises and one very public pandemic. These are short, sharp ten minute insights into people’s lives – plays in podcast form.

During this incredibly difficult time for the theatre industry, On A Wimb are committed to finding ways of creating new theatrical content. They want to work with fellow creatives to produce work that not only responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, but supports fellow theatre professionals and finds a way to help the industry flourish in spite of the circumstances. On A Wimb are currently working on another piece of online content which follows this same principle, which they’ll be announcing shortly.

On A Wimb is a theatre company founded in 2019 and comprised of Beth Colley, Emma Raczkowski, Jack Stanley and Stanley Walton. They formed because they thought we’re digging the planet into a bigger hole and wanted to do something about it (and I mean that was pre-pandemic 2019. Imagine how we feel now). Our work is eco-conscious, exploring issues that affect the planet in sustainable productions that try to lessen the impact on it. In 2019, they were shortlisted for the Les Enfants Terribles Award for emerging theatre companies.
