Innovation Diploma is an innovative educational program of The Mount Vernon Upper School in Atlanta, Georgia. Students learn through self-directed investigation and analysis while solving real problems. Students engage and serve their community while working with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non-profit partners.

The Stone Independent School, a progressive high school in downtown Lancaster, officially opened its doors in August in 2017. It’s a collaborative effort of teachers who believe in the agency of their students, and wanted a new kind of school that focused on learning by doing. Now, we’re actually doing it. This podcast is an effort to record our first year of this exciting endeavor.
