CoHearence is an opportunity for listening and learning. We bring together voices from Toronto and the Faculty of Environmental Studies at York University (FES) to explore the relationship between cultural practices and our environment. We hope to help connect people and academics inside and outside of NiCHE together through common interests. Our main goal is to create an opportunity for the public at large to gain an insight into some of the conversations that are happening in places like FES.

    by

    Since Mar 6, 2017 17:00 UTC

Learning and leadership evolve but what remains constant are school professionals who consistently revise, push boundaries and adapt practices to maximize student success! As Stephen Covey and Bud Spillane often said, “The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.” In a school setting, that means kids. This podcast journey is an opportunity to meet innovative educators who love what they do and affect positive change in their school community.

    Since Mar 18, 2017 07:00 UTC

Hosted by Zach Leary, the intent of the podcast is to bring you the listener an easily accessible resource for a variety of topics all related to psychedelic research. There is a lot to learn about new research into the therapeutic potential of psychedelics and marijuana. Over the years, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) has amassed an incredible treasure trove of audio archives sourced from the amazing talks, presentations and panels that have taken place at past Psychedelic Science conferences and other unique events. By selecting some of that content and then bringing it to you in a podcast we hope to create a centralized location for the greater MAPS community. If you’re a researcher, scientist, medical professional or just a curiosity seeker we hope that you’ll find this content a valuable resource tool. Please visit the MAPS website at https://maps.org

    Queers With Beers

    Queers With Beers

    Since Jan 8, 2011 02:54 UTC

Are you queer? Are you a nerd? Do you like booze? So do we. Queers With Beers combines the best of all three worlds, as hosts Ariel and Avery discuss queer community issues and their nerdy loves–with the copious aid of booze. If it’s important, interesting and/or totally obscure, we’ve probably read it, watched, or drunk it. Not in that order. The full, one-hour show is released monthly; the shorter “QWB: Happy Hour Edition,” wherein Avery explains the history behind and mixes various different nerdy cocktails, will be on a bimonthly schedule (as time allows).
