Johanna Draconis – The Deconstruction Of C-PTSD

    by

    Since Jun 10, 2019 23:00 UTC

With this podcast I aim to help people with my knowledge and the deconstruction to give them the tools, knowledge, security and understanding to help them with their healing journey, partner, (C-)PTSD, PTS or the like. The aim is to help people cure themselves or at least improve their journey to getting cured and not just healed and to finally have a life worth living again – not just surviving. The original goal was to just tell my path, but while doing the podcast I realized the dire situation of PTSD resources and changed it to be more broad and make my instructions more universal. This nightmare of an illness is quite easily defeated if you know what to do and it no longer can hide in the shadows, that make it immune. But it DOES require a lot of work and effort. I use PTSD to include all form of traumas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, I usually answer them per mail or in the episode if more is needed. I also offer therapy to help more directly.More information and transcripts you can find at: https://www.johannadraconis.com/podcast/

Dear Modern Woman . . . this podcast is my mission and my message – to reconnect you to YOU. To remind you, no matter who you are and what you’re going through, that you have the power to shift the way you experience your life. Because the truth is—it’s all YOU, and it always has been. I believe I am what I can control, and I am responsible for controlling it. This miraculous mindset shift has changed my entire life, and it will change yours, too. This perspective shift is the gift I give to you here on this podcast. Life is 10 percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you perceive or react to it. Join me, Intuitive Mindset Coach, Gervase Kolmos (or just call me “G”), as I invite you to BE the 90% in action with me My ask of you is that you bring the shifts that happen in this space to your real lives. To the hard stuff. The people, conversations, triggers and events that make you feel like you are powerless. Show them who the F you really are – and ALL that you are—by being the true you. All of you. Because, when it comes down to it, your life, relationships, successes and failures—they don’t define you; you define them.
