Humans came from a powerful and profound design. How can we live at our full potential? Whatever we grew up with became our “normal”. And we humans are very good at reproducing whatever is “normal” to us. That is fantastic for a few but really stinks for too many others. Between what you already believe about life and the losses you’ve faced, you may want to break up with your “normal” in order to discover a life can exceed your expectations. Imagine getting comfortable with that.

If we’re open to it, we can become whole inside beyond what we’ve ever experienced, and life can exceed our expectations. Let hope arise.

Note, The previous name for this podcast was “3Ps in a Pod”. You’ll hear that in the introductions of older episodes from 2020-21; “Back to One” better fits my hope for us all.

Is there such a thing a ‘free’ training?

You’d think the North East would be biting our hands off, er no the Geordies are a little sceptical, we can’t possibly be offering them free training (or fully funded as we have to call it)?! Yes we are, it’s been paid for by a European Social Fund.

Join the partners in the North East Workforce Skills Programme who have an ESF project, worth nearly £15 million, to deliver training to upskill and support 17560 employed participants in Tyne and Wear and Northumberland by September 2023.

There challenge to convince businesses that this training offer is legit!

    Our partners include:

    – University of Sunderland
    – Access Training
    – Code
    – MTC
    – Newcastle College
    – Seta
    – TDR Training and Apprenticeships

This partnership is possibly a little unusual – seven training providers working collaboratively to deliver an ESF project. And we mean collaboratively, we all actually get on and genuinely want to provide the best training for each business and yes that can mean giving a lead to another partner.

Join Shona McCreedy, North East Workforce Skills Programme Project Lead and her various guests to find out what courses are available, who the training providers are and lots more but most importantly having a laugh along the way.
