What does it take to live your life to the fullest? How can you make the biggest difference? What steps should you take to actualize your goal? If these are the questions lingering in your mind and preventing you from fulfillment, you have come to the right place.

Welcome to The Most Important Conversations, your friendly guide to designing a better future for yourself and humanity instead of settling for the status quo. Listen if you want to get back in touch with yourself, other people, and the wider world. This is for leaders, artists, and creatives who want to rediscover their potential and live with meaning.

The central theme running through each episode: the world is at a turning point. As a result, you’ll walk away from the show with a broader understanding of how to empower yourself and how to engage with others to collaborate and co-create the new world.

Listen in as the show highlights enlightened thinkers, change agents, creators, and designers of new ways to live, work, and thrive. These incredible people offer insightful commentary on a wide range of topics, including business, education, health and wellness, politics, social justice, and spirituality. Each in-depth conversation explores in detail what it means to feel fully alive, powerful, and successful in one’s chosen field. Then, you can begin providing exceptional value to your community.

Learn how to level up and vastly improve your lifestyle through these enlightening conversations. A personal transformation journey is necessary if you want to lead effectively and take inspired action. Find out what you can do to help fix local issues and join the community and conversation about making things better. Connect with those around you to accomplish something greater than yourself. Understand what’s important to them and make it a point to lend a hand whenever you can.

The podcast is hosted by Chad Lefevre, who has eighteen years of experience in senior business roles and is recognized internationally as a Design Thinker, business philosopher, strategist, author, and speaker. His work focuses on human potential and helps people see the many possibilities that surround them. Furthermore, Chad is a dedicated scholar and researcher in the fields of neuropsychology, perception, and game theory. He has made it his life’s mission to guide his fellow humans to experience a genuine bond with themselves, other people, and the natural world.

Chad is also the co-founder of The Most Important Conversations, a weekly online transformation workshop community from which this podcast takes its name. He brings TMIC’s Whole Life Architecture approach to the program. Using this framework, every episode is guided by the elements of Being: physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual.

Co-host September Dohrmann is the CEO of CEO Space International, a 35-year-old business networking community committed to “cooperative capitalism”. As a community CEO Space has been on the cutting edge of creating hundreds of new brands and products (many of them widely known) by convening creators, inventors, and entrepreneurs. September is a co-founder of TMIC, believing that it elevates and expands on the mission of CEO Space, and doing so in a fresh and modern way by addressing many of the challenges humanity is currently struggling with.

Amazing opportunities await you in life. In today’s fast-paced society, it’s easy to give in to the pressure of conforming to the status quo. Though it may seem like a good idea at the time, you won’t find true happiness or clarity of purpose by doing this. Learn how to strengthen your bonds with the natural world, other people, and within yourself. Figure out how to make the most of your special ability. Take the helm with confidence and let your imagination run wild to ignite those around you with motivation. To help shape a brighter future, it helps to have a grasp on what it means to be human.

Listen to The Most Important Conversations.
